User Uploaded Photos

Some features of our Service allow users to upload photos in order to generate personalized images using artificial intelligence.

Photos uploaded by users may contain personal data, including images of faces. These photos are processed temporarily to generate the requested images.

Uploaded photos are used solely for the purpose of providing the image generation functionality of the Service.

AI Image Generation Data

When you use image generation features of the Service, we may process photos and text inputs (such as prompts) in order to generate personalized images.

This processing may involve automated systems and artificial intelligence technologies. The data is processed only for the purpose of generating images requested by the user.

Retrica, Inc. uses the collected data for various purposes:

Generated Images and Photo Storage

Photos uploaded for image generation are processed temporarily and are not permanently stored by the Service unless explicitly saved by the user.

Generated images may be temporarily stored in the user's history within the Service to allow users to access previously generated images.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Facial Image Processing

Some features of our Service may process photos that contain faces in order to generate personalized images.

We do not use facial images for biometric identification, facial recognition, or identity verification.

According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:

• users can visit our site anonymously;
• our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy”, and can easily be found on the page specified above on the home page of our website or mobile application;
• users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page;

Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals:

We honour Do Not Track signals and do not track or plant cookies when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

13. Data Deletion for Facebook Login Users

If you wish to request deletion of your account or personal data associated with any Service operated by Retrica, Inc., please use the account deletion feature available within the applicable Service, if provided, or contact us at contact@retrica.co.

If you are unable to complete the deletion process through the applicable Service, please contact us at contact@retrica.co with your request.

14. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analysing how our Service is used.
